“The Crew” is LIFT’s running community — completely free and open to anyone looking to improve their running, build consistency, and train alongside others. Whether preparing for a first 5K or a long-distance race, members receive structured guidance, group runs, and support from experienced coaches and runners. Beyond performance, The Crew is about creating discipline, connection, and a shared sense of progress. We believe running becomes easier — and far more enjoyable — when done together.
