Tips: Keep your core braced. Make sure your arm stays next to your head. Allow the dumbbell to fully stretch your triceps in each rep.

Tips: Keep your core braced! Make sure the dumbbells do not hit the bench. Watch your face!

Triceps Pushdown

Tips: Keep your core braced. Place elbows slightly in front of you and keep them in place. Push the cable down towards the floor.
